Dear Parents,
In our constant aim to provide a safe and caring environment for students, staff, and parents, we require all volunteers who work directly or indirectly with students, to submit a Volunteer Application each year.

Volunteers must provide two references, date of birth, and a valid driver’s license number as part of the Volunteer Application process. A criminal background check will be conducted for each volunteer applicant. All information is confidential and volunteer applicants will be notified by school leadership should there be concerns.

Providing a secure school atmosphere is important to church and school leadership and the volunteer application process is designed to be proactive in achieving that goal. We are certain you recognize and value this objective also, and we thank you for your steadfast commitment to Christ, His vision, and His school.

Please complete and return the Volunteer Application by Friday, June 5, 2015.

Educating for Eternity,
Caryn Huntsman
Superintendent/K-12 Principal
