PCA After School Care FAQ’s
The Plymouth Christian Academy After School Care program is licensed by the State of Michigan Department of Social Services.
Any PCA student in grades K-8 may attend the After School Care program. Priority enrollment is given to single parent families, families where both parents are working, and families needing childcare 5 days a week.
The Plymouth Christian Academy After School Care program will be open the days school is open. There will be no care on half days or holidays. The program will be held from 2:55-6:00 p.m.
Parents desiring after school care make a year-long commitment to the program. We offer a varied program where a family may choose 1 to 5 days per week. Please see the table below for the cost for the 2021-2022 school year.
Whether a child is in after school care the entire time or a portion of the time on a given day, the family will pay the full amount. This will be processed into the FACTS program along with your child’s tuition or it can be prepaid in the fall.
All children are to be picked up on time. If a family member is late (arrives after 6:00 p.m.), a late fee will be assessed. Time of day will be based on the Media Center clock. The late fees will accrue as follows: $5.00 late fee for each 5 minutes or any portion thereof. This late fee must be paid by cash or check (made payable to PCA) on the day the parent is late.
PCA will not provide a tuition refund for the days your child is absent and snow days will not be refunded.
