Meet The Plymouth Christian Academy Administration
Mrs. Varney has been a member of the PCA staff since 1977 when she served as a Preschool teacher. In 1988, she became the Early Childhood Coordinator, overseeing the Preschool and Begindergarten programs and working with the State of Michigan to license these programs. In addition to her role with the Plymouth Christian Academy administration, she has also served as Admissions Director at PCA and recently retired as Director of Children’s Ministries at Calvary Baptist Church.

Mr. Murray has been a member of the PCA faculty since 2010. He is a sponsor for the PCA Student Council.

Matt Windle joined the PCA staff in 2011 as a coach of multiple teams while earning his degree at Eastern Michigan . He was hired as the Athletic Director and Spiritual Life Director in 2016 and transitioned to full-time Athletic Director in 2019. Matt is a Certified Athletic Administrator (CAA) through the National Athletic Administrators Association and through ACSI. Matt is also currently pursuing his online Master’s in Coaching and Athletic Administration at Concordia University Irvine.
Matt is a member Calvary Baptist Church, where he also serves on the Deacon Board. Matt has been married to his wife Chelsea for 5 years. They have two kids. Grayson (3) and Leland (1).

Mrs. Harmon joined the PCA Faculty in 2020 and taught 1st grade for two years before moving to the Kindergarten classroom in Fall 2022. Her previous experience includes teaching in 2nd, 4th, and 5th grade classrooms, 3rd – 6th grade advanced math, and teaching 1st – 3rd grades in a Montessori classroom. Mrs. Harmon also has experience as a Reading Intervention Specialist.
