Camp Dates: July 13-24th, Tuesday, Thursday, 11 am
Camp Description: This camp will help students see the value of the Psalms and wisdom literature for daily living, worship, and prayer in a small group setting. We'll look at the beginning and development of the wisdom genre in Scripture and see how it was as common to early Christians and Jews as much as pop-radio is for us today.  We'll also unpack how it has a great cultural impact and significance for our faith today as well as take a look at some 'wisdom' literature from outside of the Judeo-Christian realm to compare to Scripture.

A Day in the Life of Jesus

Instructor: Mr. Christopher Cornell Jr.
Student Ages: 9-12th Grade
Camp Dates: July 13-24, MWF, 11 am
Camp Description: This camp will unpack the daily norms for the people who lived in Palestine in the time of Jesus. We'll look at what it meant for Jesus to be a Jew in an area controlled by the Romans as a secular military power as well as other historical markers.
