Parachutes and God’s Law of Gravity

PCA elementary students have the amazing opportunity to spend time every week in our Elementary STEM Lab, experiencing hands-on science from a biblical perspective. We are grateful to Mrs. Hott, Elementary STEM Lab Teacher, for the hard work she puts into the large number of experiments and projects that have taken place this year. Our 1st grade students have learned that God’s law of gravity is the pull of the earth on objects. They also discovered that air pushes against an object falling to earth. Today, they put these two concepts together and had lots of fun with parachutes!
