Date: Nov 25, 2014 Tags: School NewsThese are the things that PCA’s Fine and Performing Arts Christmas Festival are made of. The following are the dates of our Elementary and Secondary Christmas Events:
- Elementary Christmas Festival: Friday, December 5 at 6:30pm
Secondary Christmas Festival: Friday, December 12 at 7:00pm
The Fine and Performing Arts Parent Advisory Committee is pleased to announce new additions to both of these evenings. First of all, they are bringing back a special PCA tradition-the selling of Poinsettia plants and greens for your Christmas decorating or for use as gifts. These plants are ordered from Sparr’s Greenhouse on Joy Road and are of high quality …the triples are huge, the doubles are large, and they all come in a pretty foil-wrapped pot. If you are not able to attend either concert to pick up your plants, you can pick them up directly at Sparr’s.
The second new addition to the evenings will be a Christmas Cookie and Hot Chocolate Bar. The PCA family loves to gather following concerts and this will be a special way to gather together and support the Fine and Performing Arts Department. Join us in the elementary lunchroom following the concerts and for just $3/person, you can enjoy a huge variety of Christmas cookies and hot chocolate with lots of special toppings. You won’t want to miss this special time with your school family!
