Back to School 2019

We hope that you’ve been enjoying an amazing summer. We know it’s hard to accept that fact that “Back to School” is upon us! We also know that you’ve seen lots of emails about back to school dates, forms that are needed, and events to add to your calendar. To make it a bit easier for tomorrow, Friday, August 16, 9am-2pm, we thought we’d offer a breakdown of forms needed and scheduled events taking place!

If your student is in grades K-6, this is what you’ll be doing and what you need to bring:

  • Turn in required documents-see below
  • Pick up gym uniforms
  • Purchase spirit wear items from the Athletic Booster Board (cash & carry)
  • Order spirit wear items from the PTF that are approved for use over gym uniforms and polos
  • Pick up your class list

If your elementary child will be attending After-School Care, the following documents are needed:

If your student is in grades 7-12, this is what you’ll be doing and what you need to bring:

  • Turn in required documents-see below
  • Take school picture
  • Purchase spirit wear items from the Athletic Booster Board (cash & carry)
  • Check out the PTF spirit wear table
  • Pick up schedule
Documents Needed: 

IT Training for New Students, Grades 7-12

IT training will be taking place every hour on the hour beginning at 9 am until 2 pm. This training is specifically geared for new students who are learning to use the PCA online systems, but any student with IT questions is welcome to attend. Sessions begin on the hour in the Elementary STEM Lab.

Class of 2020 Senior Car Wash

You can support the Class of 2020 during their first fundraiser of the year at the Senior Car Wash taking place from 11 am until 2 pm in the Barn parking lot.
