A letter to our seniors and their families

Dear Wonderful Senior Parents and Graduates,
First, let me say Happy Father’s Day to all you Senior Dads! You have done a fantastic job with your dear seniors, and I am blessed to be able to partner with you in their education. What a blessing!
As most of you may know, the limit for group gatherings has not changed as we had anticipated and hoped for this month. Therefore, we will need to move our graduation date with the hope of the limit rising above 100 to Friday, July 17th, with a rain date of Saturday, July 18th. I am very sorry it did not work out to have the Class of 2020 graduation this Friday. Please know we are celebrating their accomplishments this summer with you and are so proud of them.
The plan for the possible Graduation Day on July 17th (if the Governor deems it safe to do so) is as follows:
- Morning of Graduation (Possible on July 17th) 8:30 am Senior Breakfast at school
- 9:00 am Graduation Practice on the soccer field 6:00 pm Seniors arrive
- 7:00 pm Graduation on our soccer field. Families would be able to sit together socially distanced from other families. Depending on the approved number for gatherings, we will be able to accommodate the parents of the graduates and hopefully, guests. The number of guests will be determined depending on the Governor’s mandates at that time. We are looking into live streaming the event so that anyone who cannot attend could still view it.
If the Governor still deems it unsafe to hold a large gathering on July 17th, our next date will be August 7th (Raindate August 8th).
Thank you for your patience as we travel this journey together. You are all loved so much!
With Deep Love and Prayers for Your Family,
