This past weekend, the PCA instrumental music department was able to perform at the Michigan School Band & Orchestra Association’s Solo & Ensemble in Ann Arbor. Thousands of students were given a rating 1-5 (1 being the SUPERIOR and 5 poor), including 17 from PCA. We were able to send eight events – all earned medals! Five earned 1st division and three earned 2nd division. This is quite a coup for our fine arts program!

Please congratulate the members of these events:

Brendan Schmucker, Devin Potrykus, and Liam Stein Trio – 1st Division “Superior” Rating
Kayla Allen and Laurence Smith – 1st Division “Superior” Rating
Hannah Askew – 2nd Division Rating
Mac Gibson, Noah Askew, and Dillon Morby Trio- 1st Division “Superior” Rating
Christopher Bilko, Isaac Vuletich, and Caleb Devries Trio – 1st Division “Superior” Rating
Kristin Lucas, Hannah Askew, and Megan Swan – 1st Division “Superior” Rating
Ava Atchinson and Jack Matthews – 2nd Division Rating
Jordan Rose – 2nd Division Rating
