Other Ways to Donate
Many corporations match employee donations (or the tax deductible component of your membership) to nonprofit organizations. We have linked with “Double the Donation” to make the search for matching corporate gifts much easier. If you volunteer with us, your employer may also provide us with a grant as a way to recognize your ongoing support. Please take a look and find out if your company offers this type of program. Long-term financial stability is an important goal for Plymouth Christian Academy. This can be achieved through gift to the PCA Endowment Fund. The endowment is professionally managed and administered by the Canton Community Foundation. Please consider a gift to the PCA Endowment Fund as a way to ensure the long-term stability of our school. Contact Brad Hovermale at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions. If you are ready to make a donation to the PCA Endowment Fund, click HERE.
In an effort to keep tuition as low as possible, tuition costs are set below the actual cost to educate a student at PCA. The proceeds earned through annual fundraising efforts and donations fill the Annual Eagle Fund and offset this difference. Learn more: Annual Eagle Fund
The relationships created with our sponsors, both individuals and businesses, are a key component to our success. We are always seeking avenues to make it easier for these partnerships to grow. One such way is our Annual Sponsorship. By purchasing the Annual Sponsorship, our partners receive advertising throughout the entire year in a number of different venues, such as the annual auction or during Project SHINE.
PCA’s 27th Annual Auction,The Phantom of the Auction, took place on October 28, 2016. Thanks to all our partners and sponsors who made this event such a success! For a complete listing of auction sponsors and donors, please click HERE.
Project Shine, Servathon
Each year, Plymouth Christian Academy students, staff and parent volunteers embark on a weeklong Servathon, Project SHINE. This event serves several purposes for PCA. The most important purpose is to open the eyes of PCA students to the needs of others and train them to step out and serve. It also serves as a fundraiser for PCA, working like any other “athon”. Friends and family financially support the participant’s day of service. Would you like to help us accomplish our mission to produce student servants? Donors often choose to memorialize or honor a special person by making a gift in their name. Memorial gifts can be mailed or completed online. Please include with your contribution the honoree’s name and address, so that PCA may notify that person or family of your thoughtfulness.
Stock & Mutual Fund Gifts
Gifts of securities often provide significant tax benefits for a donor. For example, contributions of appreciated securities held for over a year are generally deductible at market value, regardless of what the donor paid for them. Moreover, the capital gains tax is avoided through this type of gift. For more information, please contact PCA at 734-459-3505, ext. 3190.
Cash, Check, & Credit Card
The easiest way to make a gift to PCA is by cash, check or credit card. Donations can be provided through a one-time gift or on a regular basis during the year. Checks may be made payable to Plymouth Christian Academy. If you prefer to use Visa or MasterCard, please send us your credit card information by mail or contact PCA at 734-459-3505 ext. 3190 to process your credit card over the telephone.
