Preschool Enrollment Requirements
  1. Age: Children must be 3 years old by September 1 for the TTH classes.  Children must be 4 years old by September 1 for the MWF classes.  Children may be considered for early enrollment in the preschool program if their birth date falls shortly after the September 1 deadline and they are developmentally ready. Children must be 5 years old by December 31 to qualify for the Begindergarten (young 5’s) class.
  2. Toilet Trained: Children must be able to meet their own toilet needs with little or no assistance from an adult. Dependence on pull-ups does not constitute potty training.
  3. A copy of the child's birth certificate is required and must be submitted with the application.  A photocopy is acceptable.
  4. The school health form must be completed, signed, and dated by a physician and in our files by the child’s first day of school.  This form includes an immunization record and is considered verification that immunizations are up to date.
  5. An emergency card must be completed and in our files by the first day of school.
