Preschool Admissions

Thank you for your interest in the Plymouth Christian Academy Preschool.  We are excited about the opportunity to partner with your family to provide the best Preschool experience.

Preschool Application

 
Enrollment Requirements:
  1. Age: Children must be 3 years old by Sept. 1 for the TTH classes.  Children must be 4 years old by Sept. 1 for the MWF classes.  Students whose birthdates fall within a few weeks of Sept. 1 and who are developmentally ready may be considered for enrollment in the older age group.
  2. Toilet Trained: Children must be able to meet their own toilet needs with little or no assistance from an adult. A child who is dependant on pull-ups is not considered to be potty trained.
  3. A copy of the child’s birth certificate is required and must be submitted with the application. A photocopy is acceptable.
  4. The school health form must be completed, signed, and dated by a physician and in our files by the child’s first day of school. This form includes an immunization record and is considered verification that immunizations are up to date.
  5. An emergency card must be completed and in our files by the first day of school.
Enrollment Process:
  1. Complete the online application and submit the $50 per student Application Fee (maximum of $300/family).  If you would prefer a paper application or need assistance with completing the online application, please contact Leanne Windle at lwindle@plymouthchristian.org or (734) 459-3505 ext. 3190. It is important that your application is received in a timely manner regardless of desired admission date, as classes may have waiting lists.
  2. Submit a copy of the child’s birth certificate.

  3. Once your application and birth certificate has been received, you will receive a phone call or phone message letting you know when our office has received it.
  4. Applications will be processed during the enrollment period for the year for which you are applying in the following order.
    1. Siblings of families currently enrolled
    2. Children of PCA graduates
    3. Members of Calvary Baptist Church
    4. All others
  5. You will be notified of acceptance by letter during the enrollment period for the year for which you are applying. Open enrollment typically begins around March 15. You may call the office to check on the status of your application at any time. (734-459-3505 ext. 3125)
 
Annual Tuition and Fees:
  • Application Fee - $50 (non-refundable)
  • Other School Fees - $130
  • TTH Preschool – 3 yr. olds $1235
  • MWF Preschool – 4 yr./young 5 yr. olds $1855
  • “Other School Fees” shown are a combination of materials, field trip fees, and student enrollment management.
