Plymouth Christian Academy is certified by the State of Michigan and is fully accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCA), now known as AdvancED. The nationally recognized NCA/AdvancED seal of approval is awarded to schools who meet a rigorous set of educational standards.  The accreditation is only given to schools who annually analyze their school improvement initiatives and evaluate the impact they are making towards student learning.

PCA is also a member of the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI), the Michigan High School Athletic Association (MHSAA), and the Michigan Independent Athletic conference (MIAC).  As an ACSI school, we are also a member of the Council of American Private School Education (C.A.P.E.) and the National Council for Private School Accreditation (N.C.P.S.A).  PCA is also recognized as an official Michigan Green School.

PCA is a ministry of Calvary Baptist Church of Canton, Michigan. Although Calvary Baptist is the only church that financially supports the school, the student body reflects membership in over one hundred churches.
